				مَا الْحَاقَّةُ
	5323 2580 4224 2139 1402 69:2			What is the Inevitable?
				وَمَا أَدْرَكَ مَا الْحَاقَّةُ
	5324 2581 4225 2140 1403 69:3			And what is it that makes you realize what the Inevitable is?
				كَذَّبَتْ ثَمُودُ وَعَادٌ بِالْقَارِعَةِ
	5325 2582 4226 2141 69:4			The Thamoud and the Aad rejected the overwhelming reality.
				فَأَمَّا ثَمُودُ فَأُهْلِكُوا بِالطَّاغِيَةِ
	5326 2583 4227 2142 1404 69:5			As for the Thamoud, they were annihilated by a terrible storm.
				وَأَمَّا عَادٌ فَأُهْلِكُوا بِرِيحٍ صَرْصَرٍ عَاتِيَةٍ
	5327 2584 4228 2143 69:6			And the Aad, they were annihilated by a violent persistent wind.
				سَخَّرَهَا عَلَيْهِمْ سَبْعَ لَيَالٍ وَثَمَانِيَةَ أَيَّامٍ حُسُومًا فَتَرَى الْقَوْمَ فِيهَا صَرْعَى كَأَنَّهُمْ أَعْجَازُ نَخْلٍ خَاوِيَةٍ
	5328 2585 4229 2144 1405 69:7			He made it overwhelm them seven nights and eight days continuously; then you could see the people being tossed around as though they were decayed palm-tree trunks.
				فَهَلْ تَرَى لَهُمْ مِنْ بَاقِيَةٍ
	5329 2586 4230 2145 69:8			Do you see any survivors?
				وَجَاءَ فِرْعَوْنُ وَمَنْ قَبْلَهُ وَالْمُؤْتَفِكَتُ بِالْخَاطِئَةِ
	5330 2587 4231 2146 69:9			And there was Pharaoh, and those before him, and the uprooted evildoers.
				فَعَصَوْا رَسُولَ رَبِّهِمْ فَأَخَذَهُمْ أَخْذَةً رَابِيَةً
	5331 2588 4232 2147 69:10			They all disobeyed the messenger of their Lord; consequently, He punished them, a severe punishment.
				إِنَّا لَمَّا طَغَى الْمَاءُ حَمَلْنَاكُمْ فِي الْجَارِيَةِ
	5332 2589 4233 2148 1406 69:11			We indeed carried you on the floater as the water raged.
				لِنَجْعَلَهَا لَكُمْ تَذْكِرَةً وَتَعِيَهَا أُذُنٌ وَعِيَةٌ
	5333 2590 4234 2149 69:12			We made it a reminder for you, and that you may learn it through listening.
				فَإِذَا نُفِخَ فِي الصُّورِ نَفْخَةٌ وَحِدَةٌ
	5334 2591 4235 2150 1407 69:13			Then behold, the trumpet sounds once.
				وَحُمِلَتِ الأرْضُ وَالْجِبَالُ فَدُكَّتَا دَكَّةً وَحِدَةً
	5335 2592 4236 2151 69:14			And the land and the mountains are carried away, then they are utterly crushed in a single blow.
				فَيَوْمَئِذٍ وَقَعَتِ الْوَاقِعَةُ
	5336 2593 4237 2152 69:15			Then, that will be the day when the event transpires.
				وَانْشَقَّتِ السَّمَاءُ فَهِيَ يَوْمَئِذٍ وَاهِيَةٌ
	5337 2594 4238 2153 69:16			And the vacuum ruptures as it will be completely flimsy on that day.
				وَالْمَلَكُ عَلَى أَرْجَائِهَا وَيَحْمِلُ عَرْشَ رَبِّكَ فَوْقَهُمْ يَوْمَئِذٍ ثَمَنِيَةٌ
	5338 2595 4239 2154 1408 69:17			And the angels will be all around. And they will carry the throne of your Lord above them on that day when everything shall be based on eight.
				يَوْمَئِذٍ تُعْرَضُونَ لا تَخْفَى مِنْكُمْ خَافِيَةٌ
	5339 2596 4240 2155 69:18			That will be the day when they will be presented openly, without anything of theirs being hidden.
				فَأَمَّا مَنْ أُوتِيَ كِتَبَهُ بِيَمِينِهِ فَيَقُولُ هَاؤُمُ اقْرَءُوا كِتَبِيَهْ
	5340 2597 4241 2156 1409 69:19			Then, as the one who has been given his record into his right hand, he will say; here you go, read my record.
				إِنِّي ظَنَنْتُ أَنِّي مُلاقٍ حِسَابِيَهْ
	5341 2598 4242 2157 69:20			I was always sure that I face my reckoning.
				فَهُوَ فِي عِيشَةٍ رَاضِيَةٍ
	5342 2599 4243 2158 69:21			He will then have a pleasing life.
				فِي جَنَّةٍ عَالِيَةٍ
	5343 2600 4244 2159 69:22			In exalted Paradise.
				قُطُوفُهَا دَانِيَةٌ
	5344 2601 4245 2160 1410 69:23			With hanging fruits.
				كُلُوا وَاشْرَبُوا هَنِيئًا بِمَا أَسْلَفْتُمْ فِي الأيَّامِ الْخَالِيَةِ
	5345 2602 4246 2161 69:24			Eat and drink happily for what you did in the days gone by.
				وَأَمَّا مَنْ أُوتِيَ كِتَبَهُ بِشِمَالِهِ فَيَقُولُ يَا لَيْتَنِي لَمْ أُوتَ كِتَبِيَهْ
	5346 2603 4247 2162 69:25			But the one whose record is handed to him into his left hand, he will then say, I wish I were never given my record.
				وَلَمْ أَدْرِ مَا حِسَابِيَهْ
	5347 2604 4248 2163 69:26			And I never thought I will be called to account.
				‎يَلَيْتَهَا كَانَتِ الْقَاضِيَةَ
	5348 2605 4249 2164 69:27			Oh, I wish I were finished off.
				‎    مَا أَغْنَى عَنِّي مَالِيَهْ
	5349 2606 4250 2165 69:28			My money did not benefit me.
				هَلَكَ عَنِّي سُلْطَنِيَهْ
	5350 2607 4251 2166 1411 69:29			I have lost my authority.
				خُذُوهُ فَغُلُّوهُ
	5351 2608 4252 2167 69:30			Take him, and tie him up.
				ثُمَّ الْجَحِيمَ صَلُّوهُ
	5352 2609 4253 2168 1412 69:31			Then throw him into the Inferno.
				ثُمَّ فِي سِلْسِلَةٍ ذَرْعُهَا سَبْعُونَ ذِرَاعًا فَاسْلُكُوهُ
	5353 2610 4254 2169 69:32			Then, bind him in a chain with a length of seventy cubits and force him to stay.
				إِنَّهُ كَانَ لا يُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ الْعَظِيمِ
	5354 2611 4255 2170 1777(2644) 69:33			He indeed never had faith in God, The Great.
				وَلا يَحُضُّ عَلَى طَعَامِ الْمِسْكِينِ
	5355 2612 4256 2171 69:34			And he never advocated feeding the poor.
				فَلَيْسَ لَهُ الْيَوْمَ هَا هُنَا حَمِيمٌ
	5356 2613 4257 2172 69:35			Consequently, he has no friends here today.
				وَلا طَعَامٌ إِلا مِنْ غِسْلِينٍ
	5357 2614 4258 2173 69:36			And there is no food except pus.
				لا يَأْكُلُهُ إِلا الْخَطِئُونَ
	5358 2615 4259 2174 1413 69:37			None eats it except the wrong-doers.
				فَلا أُقْسِمُ بِمَا تُبْصِرُونَ
	5359 2616 4260 2175 69:38			I therefore swear by what you see-
				وَمَا لا تُبْصِرُونَ
	5360 2617 4261 2176 69:39			-and what you do not see,-
				إِنَّهُ لَقَوْلُ رَسُولٍ كَرِيمٍ
	5361 2618 4262 2177 69:40			-that this is most assuredly the utterance of an honorable messenger.
				وَمَا هُوَ بِقَوْلِ شَاعِرٍ قَلِيلا مَا تُؤْمِنُونَ
	5362 2619 4263 2178 1414 69:41			It is not the utterance of a poet.  Rarely do you believe.
				وَلا بِقَوْلِ كَاهِنٍ قَلِيلا مَا تَذَكَّرُونَ
	5363 2620 4264 2179 69:42			Nor is it the utterance of a priest.  Rarely do you take heed.
				تَنْزِيلٌ مِنْ رَبِّ الْعَلَمِينَ
	5364 2621 4265 2180 1415 69:43			A revelation from the Lord of the Multiverse.
				وَلَوْ تَقَوَّلَ عَلَيْنَا بَعْضَ الأقَاوِيلِ
	5365 2622 4266 2181 69:44			And had he uttered any other utterances on Our behalf,-
				لأخَذْنَا مِنْهُ بِالْيَمِينِ
	5366 2623 4267 2182 69:45			-We would have certainly taken away the blessing from him.
				ثُمَّ لَقَطَعْنَا مِنْهُ الْوَتِينَ
	5367 2624 4268 2183 69:46			Then, We would have surely discontinued the revelation to him.
				فَمَا مِنْكُمْ مِنْ أَحَدٍ عَنْهُ حَجِزِينَ
	5368 2625 4269 2184 1416 69:47			Consequently, none of you could have protected him.
				وَإِنَّهُ لَتَذْكِرَةٌ لِلْمُتَّقِينَ
	5369 2626 4270 2185 69:48			And indeed this is a reminder for the god-fearing.
				وَإِنَّا لَنَعْلَمُ أَنَّ مِنْكُمْ مُكَذِّبِينَ
	5370 2627 4271 2186 69:49			And We surely know the rejecters amongst you.
				وَإِنَّهُ لَحَسْرَةٌ عَلَى الْكَفِرِينَ
	5371 2628 4272 2187 69:50			And indeed it is certainly regrettable for the unfaithful.
				وَإِنَّهُ لَحَقُّ الْيَقِينِ
	5372 2629 4273 2188 69:51			And indeed this is the absolute truth.
				فَسَبِّحْ بِاسْمِ رَبِّكَ الْعَظِيمِ
	5373 2630 4274 2189 69:52			Therefore, glorify the name of your Lord, The Great.
